Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Information You voluntarily provide in the onboarding survey
  • Journal entries and drawings You provide within the app

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type, mobile device identifiers, operating system, app activity, and diagnostic data.

Tracking Technologies and SDKs

Our Service uses cookies, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies provided by Apple and third parties to improve user experience and analyze app performance.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring usage.
  • To manage Your Account as a registered user.
  • To process payments and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases (IAP).
  • To contact You via email or notifications regarding updates or information related to the Service.
  • To manage and respond to support inquiries.
  • To analyze and improve the Service and user experience.
  • For business transfers or legal compliance, if applicable.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain journal entries, drawings, and onboarding survey data until you delete your account or as otherwise required by law. Usage Data may be retained for shorter periods, unless required for security, legal, or operational purposes.

Your information may be processed at the Company’s offices and in other locations where processing partners are located. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers in the United States or other countries.
